Illegal Immigrants Crime Spree in WA. (Over half on Most Wanted List Illegal Aliens)

One woman is dead and two others were raped recently and police say each crime was committed by a different illegal immigrant. One of the sexual assaults happened just hours before the Seattle city council passed an ordinance boycotting Arizona over its new immigration law.

Gregorio Luna Luna had a history of beating up his live-in girlfriend Griselda Ocampo Meza. He was also in the U.S. illegally. On May 1, Luna Luna was deported to Mexico. Three weeks later Meza was murdered in her apartment in a violent knife attack.

Franklin County prosecutors say Luna Luna slipped past the border again and killed Meza in front of their five year old son. He's in the county jail awaiting trial.

A suspected rapist in Edmonds, Washington has been deported at least 4 times according to Snohomish County prosecutors. Jose Lopez Madrigal has been charged with raping a woman next to a dumpster behind a Safeway store. A witness to the attack alerted police and Madrigal was taken into custody.

An illegal immigrant just convicted of his possible 3rd strike in Whatcom county- a rape of a homeless woman- has been deported to Mexico five times.

Washington State ranks 11th in the nation in the number of illegal immigrants with an estimated 150,000. They make up 2% of the state's population, but account for 4.5% of those in Washington prisons. In Franklin county, 14% of the jail bookings are illegal immigrants.

An Edmonds police officer responded to the location near a grocery store in the 23600 block of Hwy 99 at about 7 p.m. after someone heard a woman crying for help. The officer spotted a man on top of a woman in the bushes near the store. The 46-year-old Seattle man was immediately arrested and the 28-year-old Edmonds woman was taken to the hospital. Police say the man had been following the woman as she was walking then forced her into the bushes. Officers say the two did not know each other.

He'll be back. It's a toss up. Do I hate this guy or the government that enables him more? I'm not sure if I have the guts, but I suspect if this happens to my wife, sister, or mother, the illegal will be going back in a bag.

In July of 2005, 16-year-old Britney Binger was found murdered near the entrance of a mobile home park east of Williamsburg, VA. Cause of death was multiple stab wounds. A few days later police arrested Osvaldo Martinez, a purportedly deaf illegal alien from El Salvador. Homicide charges were filed against Martinez, which could lead to his receiving the death penalty if found guilty. The trial was indefinitely delayed as Martinez appeared unable to communicate and participate in his defense.

Due to his inability to communicate, Martinez was remanded to Western State Hospital in Staunton, VA. He was ordered to undergo sign language therapy in an effort to allow him to understand the charges against him and assist with his defense. His case is reviewed every 6 months. Martinez is charged with rape, murder, sodomy, and robbery in connection to Ms Binger’s death.

In May 2007, because of his progress in learning sign language, lawyers had begun to work on Martinez’s defense. A Williamsburg judge ruled that a trial date may be possibly set in 6 months.

Since May 2007, after the defense attorneys pointed out to Martinez the fact that the faster he learned sign language the faster he would go on trial and face the death penalty, his rate of learning suffered a predictable, rapid decline.

Seattle’s a “sanctuary city” - meaning a city that doesn’t enforce Federal law they don’t like. They love these illegal folks - even the ones with criminal records.

None of this would be happening if we had some measure of control over our borders. But to ask for that is to be labelled “racist” by our dishonest liberal and leftist friends.
