FoxNews video: Charles Krauthammer on the revelation that the White House enlisted Bill Clinton to try to convince Joe Sestak not to enter the Pennsylvania Democratic Senate primary. Video at link.

This is what you get when you have an administration full of deceptive lawyers.
In my opinion, the “Sestak explanation” is two parts Bill Clinton, and one part Rube Goldberg. What amazes me is that they even expected ANYONE to buy it.
They don’t. They put it out there to give the lame Obama supporting media some cover.
Outstanding.
A golden oldie:
“It depends on what the meaning of the word ‘is’ is. If the — if he — if ‘is’ means is and never has been, that is not — that is one thing. If it means there is none, that was a completely true statement. . . . Now, if someone had asked me on that day, are you having any kind of sexual relations with Ms. Lewinsky, that is, asked me a question in the present tense, I would have said no. And it would have been completely true.”
to wit --- LIARS!
IMPEACH HIM AGAIN!!
“No controling legal authority”, “what the meaning of “is” is”.
Remember, it was during the Clinton administration that the word “PARSE” was widely used.
Weasel words were common for Clinton. Hussein worships at the foot of the Master Weasel.
I would agree, except that I would now replace the word "worships" with "grovels",
Owebowma is a LIAR!
You would have had to suspend all critical thinking and be extremely gullible to buy yesterday’s ridiculous statements.
From both the White House and Slick Jr.
Among the many inconsistencies -
Bill Clinton was so stupid, he offered a position to Sestak that he himself made it impossible for Sestak to accept ,
when he signed the Presidential Intelligence Advisory Board law in 1993.
Which prohibits sitting House members from serving on the Board.
Even the New York Times finds this implausible-as they say a 30 second Google search would have revealed that Sestak could not serve.
They chalk this up to more Obama White House amateur hour, not anything illegal.

Speaking of Google.
We’re supposed to believe that Sestak had zero curiosity about this offer and neither he nor his brother ever bothered to Google it.
Had Sestak Googled it, he would have discovered “ in 30 seconds “ as the NYT says , that he was ineligible.
Instead, he goes everywhere talking about being offered a high ranking federal White House job in exchange for dropping out.
Hinting in every interview that it was Secretary of the Navy.
The White House said that they already had a confirmed Secretary of the Navy , so that position wasn’t offered.
Obviously had Sestak agreed-at some point down the line , when the coast was clear , Ray Mabus would
“ step down “ or be offered another position.
The White House obviously thinks that all Americans are stupid because Barry won.
They should remember that 60 million of us were not that dumb.
They don't care whether anyone believes it. They are after "plausible deniability", their old standby. If it could be true that is all they want. Sort of the old defense tactic of NOT "beyond a reasonable doubt" but with a different spin. Think O.J. trial.
I suppose that would be the Left foot.
The White House obviously thinks that all Americans are stupid because Barry won.
Clinton is not the President. Or for that matter in no position to offer anything. Therefore he was a messenger and who was the originator of the message. And who was part of the setup.
Not making any excuses for Bill Clinton, but I see a subtle personality change in Clinton since his heart surgery. He’s most likely as devious as ever, but he’s not as glib, smooth talking, likeable, and quick on his feet as he once was. Could be he’s just getting cranky with age, but he used to be able to get mortal enemies to smile on cue and shake hands for the camera. Or maybe it’s just his “heart” isn’t it...taking the brunt of Obummer’s latest gaffe.
