In a little-noticed passage Friday, the New York Times reported that Rep. Joe Sestak was not eligible for a place on the President's Intelligence Advisory Board, the job he was reportedly offered by former President Bill Clinton. And indeed a look at the Board's website reveals this restriction:

The Board consists of not more than 16 members appointed by the President from among individuals who are not employed by the Federal Government. Members are distinguished citizens selected from the national security, political, academic, and private sectors.

As a sitting member of Congress, Sestak was not eligible for the job. [....]

Since when do the rules or laws have to be followed with anyone in this administration.

The scofflaw at the top is out of control.

Once sh%t starts rolling downhill, it gets next to impossible to stop it. The press, once they realize their loss of audience to the net, will be forced to pounce on this.

Also, keep watch of the bribe of Rep. Romanov of Colorado.

They cooked this up and asked jolly-boy Bill to carry the water.

It is the phoniest bunch of baloney...and as far as Sestak is concerned, for him to go along with this...he is just another monkey on a string sans character, integrity, nobility.

No surprise.

Sestak’s original answer was the most honest and it APPEARS that now he has compromised his integrity for this bunch of manipulators. Lay down with dogs, you are gonna get fleas.

“They cooked this up and asked jolly-boy Bill to carry the water.”

Yes, but yesterday jolly-boy refused to make any public comment at all—not even ‘no comment’. Is he setting Obama up to be hoisted on his own petard?

So true. And with any luck the sh*t is starting so slide into the newsrooms of the MSM. It is becoming hard to ignore, even for them.

Rahm is no dummy. Picking Bubba to carry the message was brilliant. Everybody knows Bubba is willing to commit perjury.

I wonder how the former Admiral feels, being lumped in a conspiracy with a known perjurer?

Yup. But the local Liberal rag, the Denver Post, is ignoring it and hoping it will go away.

We stopped subscribing to the Post many years ago. I don’t understand why they are still in business.

The more sordid the Specter-Sestak becomes, the more like PA will turn to Sestak in November. PA people think Sestak is more likely to bring them bacon than Toomey.
