It depends on whose side you’re on. Daley and his ilk get tons of $$$ in bribes from gangs and organized crime. They need an unarmed citizenry. To them, putting guns in the hands of law-abiding citizens is not the answer. What he doesn’t give is his question: “What can I do to keep the illicit money flowing?”
