One thing for sure: I’m not about to lose my sense of humor over things that I can’t explain, and that cannot be explained, only theorized.

As for the knocks, I try to pay attention to the first one! LOL!

When my son was small, I gave him “to the count of three” before I took action of any kind. When I adopted my daughter, they were acting up and I told them they needed to quit, clean up their mess and get ready for bed. I was ignored.

I said, “One.” Nothing but half-hearted moves on the part of my daughter and a slight improvement by my son. I waited. “Two.”

ACTION! “C’mon Libby! Don’t let her get to three!!”

Definite pattern of three, don’t you think? ;o]

LOL. Never thought about that one, but yeah, even the kids got that one in their bones. :-) No mistaken the end point there is one doesn't move their butt! Correlates well with the getting slapped upside the head by God quite well, too!
