I am coming to believe that Obama is desperately trying to get Israel to go back to the 1967 borders so that Syria can attempt to free Azazel from Mount Hermon. Of course, I could be wrong, but that is what it looks like to me. I’m sure there are scholars with much more insight into the matter.
