It is not the only thing that matters, but it is big (that he was trying to sell the story last year belies his current pious reluctancy, and leads one to need more than just his word on this alleged affair).
But he has now released his “evidence,” and even Salon.com was forced to admit he has proven nothing other than a rumor of an affair was being investigated by reporters last year (which now appears to be a rumor Folks himself started in an attempt to sell the story).
In other words, his “evidence” proved he was blowing smoke, and was lieing when he claimed he had proof of an affair.
So he lied about having proof of an affair,
Lied about not wanting anyone to know about it,
and lied about needing to get out in front of a rumor about him having sex with Haley because of his current girlfriend, who he did not even know at the time of the alleged affair.
He showed all of his cards, and even the lefty blogs are calling “bullsh*t” now.
No, his ‘evidence’ does not prove anything, one way or another. Other than he’s stupid. But we already knew that. IF he has the goods, then so be it, but get it out there. If he doesn’t do that ASAP, then we’ll know he’s lying & he needs to be tarred and feathered, as well as sued by Nikki for slander.
