He eacaped the US right after 9/11 terrorist attacks. However the Washington Post article where terrorist Al Awlaki read that he was tracked and made him stop communications and leave his hiding place in Yemen to another hiding place in Yemen occurred last year. I believe it was in late December 2009 when our US military bombed the terrorist hideouts in Yemen and supposedly they were targeting terrorist Anwar Al Awlaki among other Al Qaeda terrorists there. However as he said he escaped right before the attack due to the article he read in the Washington Post.

By the way the Washington Post also had an interview last year with a Yemeni who claims to be an Al Qaeda expert but in reality he is very sympathetic to Al Qaeda terrorists. His name is “Abd Al Ilah Sha'ae” and he also writes in the number 1 Al Qaeda terrorist forum called “Al Falojah”. So imagine that a so called “Al Qaeda expert” who writes in “al falojah” terrorist forum is also interviewed by the Washington Post.

He came back to the US after 911 and left in 2002 only to show up in London. Our Feds lost track of him in VA. That’s what I was talking about.
In my excitement, I read your article wrong. I see now that yours deals with his recent movements. The WaPo has no business publishing information that they know he can access on the internet.
Excellent work by you!!!
