Illegals are "subject to the jurisdiction" of where ever the hell they snuck in from. The only jurisdiction the US should have is to arrest and deport them. Not reward their behavior.

I understand that. The discussion was about their kids being born in the US. As far as the US Constitution goes, their kids are US citizens.
