United States Magistrate Judge Jeremiah C. Lynch has issued an order affecting the amicus brief submitted by the Brady Center in the Montana FFA case. (Click here to read it, along with the Department of Justice "Reply Memorandum").
Here's the order
----------------------------cut-------------------------
Good grief. So none of their co-signers "sought or received permission to" be listed? And their attorney didn't file the required motion to represent them?
If the gungrabbers can't manage a list this small, what makes them think a bigger one is such a hot idea?

Their ranks are shrinking. Their funding is dropping. They only have support at the highest levels of National and international government, and in the media. Will they win?

And don’t forget Sarah Brady made a straw purchase for a shotgun for her son.
A pox on all the hypocrites.

Will they win? BO is working to impose his will on us thru the UN. They can’t win the battle through a frontal assault so they are working the flanks.

They should be disbanded as a criminal conspiracy and the leaders sent to jail for felonious violation of Title 18, Section 241.
Yes. I'm dead serious. I'll even sign off on the charges as a witness as well as a victim.

They might end up trying, and succeeding, in passing another ban.
They won't "win" though.
Their doing so would trigger a backlash the likes of which this Country has never seen before. Not even during the Civil War.

I would never use my scary evil firearm to stop Sarah Brady from being raped.

While I freely admit she’s a loser and a collectivist trying to infringe on rights belonging to all of us, that wasn’t a straw purchase. As far as I’ve ever heard, the son isn’t barred from buying a gun himself. Form 4473 even states that purchasing a firearm as a gift for someone not prohibited isn’t a straw purchase.

Me too. But Soap, Ballot, and Jury should come first.

Do you think people are more on the edge now? Yes. Plus, the ban being talked about now is a REAL ban. "Mister and Misses America, turn 'em in" type thing. Not a temporary ban on a small classification of arms that could still be owned absent a couple of "scary" features.
Plenty of folks out there have that line drawn. More so now than before. They cross it, there will be blood.

I think it was a different state, which as far as I know is a straw purchase.

I just recall the uproar when it was learned she made the purchase. I seem to recall but could be wrong that he was under the legal age to purchase.

She purchased a 30 ought six rifle for her son. When caught she said it was to prove there are loopholes.
Google in Sarah Brady buys gun for son and read the articles.
Not owning any rifles I am way above my paygrade on the gun.
