As usual the police do nothing. They let them block the street. Seattle is hopeless. Anyone thinking about taking a vacation there ....DON'T!
What parking is in the city is expensive, drunk bums and derelicts conducting drug deals all over. I live 30 miles away and I avoid it like the plaque.

As usual the police do nothing. They let them block the street. The cops were right this time. The idiots were trying to provoke a confrontation and the cops did the right thing by not accomodating them. The disruption lasted perhaps 15 minutes on 2nd Avenue. The protestors finally gave up and wandered away.

I live in Tacoma. And like you, I avoid Seattle at all costs. Bellevue is a law abiding town, if I really need something big city. Seattle has been a mess since about 1997.
