A lot of people on here were giddy about Scott Brown, saying how great it would be if he ran for President right after his election. It’s time that many of you took off your Republican colored glasses and realize that most of the Republicans in Congress aren’t much different than the Democrats, especially in the Senate. Once a RINO, always a RINO. There are very few good people in our government. Dark days are ahead. USA=Greece in 3 years.

This is why it's imperative to wait for any newly elected politician to get a track record before suggesting he or she be advanced to a higher position. I thought Newt might make a good pesidential candidate but wasn't going seriously to support him until he made a track record as House Speaker. Now that he's made that track record, thre's no way I'd support him for President.

A lot of people on here were giddy about Scott Brown, ...

I know. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I was clobbered for pointing out this guy is a pure RINO from the get-go, along with a few others. It's funny how the Brown fanbois have all slithered away in the past few months.

He's a “Scott Brown Republican”, dadgummit! ;)

A Republican from Massachusetts is much more liberal than many Democrats from the South and other areas. I guess he may be a somewhat better choice than the Dem he defeated. The RNC/GOP is gonna try to sell you another one, Rommney, for POTUS in 2012.

Nonsense. He never was a conservative, he was a vote against Obamacare.

That said it is annoying he such a ‘cheap date’ he crumbles over a bike ride with Kerry. Blech.

“most of the Republicans in Congress” HUH!?!? He’s a northeast / new england republican, we only have 3 of them. fine by me, so long as they arent full-bird socialists like Kerry, Sanders and the other Dems up there.
