In spite of decades of racial profiling against whites in admissions, employment and promotion and trillions of dollars in transfer payments (read: wealth distribution) here’s the same old tired excuses. Nothing about cultureal differences, nothing about values, nothing about work ethic, nothing about flawed behavior patterns. Nothing about bad political choices. It’s always an excuse.
you got it , culture, values, upbringing. Never save, spend as fast as it comes in, don't plan for the present much less the future.
Those that succeed of any race have similar traits.
