Begging for chaos: The warning America ignored

How often does the Office of Policy Planning and Research, United States Department of Labor, produce anything worth reading, let alone a report that reverberates 45 years later?

Such was the brilliance of Assistant Secretary of Labor Daniel Patrick Moynihan that it happened once, when he wrote his prescient 1965 report, "The Negro Family: The Case for National Action." He wrote it on a typewriter over a few weeks and had the publications office in the basement of the Labor Department print 100 of them, marked "For Official Use Only."

The report sparked a furor of continuing relevance, as James T. Patterson recounts in his new book, "Freedom Is Not Enough: The Moynihan Report and America's Struggle Over Black Families From LBJ to Obama."

It didnt propose how to stop it did he?

Of course the answer now is abortion.,but how do you stop people from having sex when it is there for them free of charge? Drop a load and walk away free as a bird. let the Government worry about paying for the child.

A permanent, beholden underclass meets the needs of the progressive facists who currently run this country. The creation of this underclass was not an accident.

Precisely. Now, the Progressives are trying to make the permanent underclass much, much larger with amnesty and the destruction of our economy, not to mention the Marxist crap that the gubmint skools are filling the minds of kids with.....

The underclass is this president’s ideal constituency; obedient, subservient and totally dependent. Rather than raise it up, Obama wants all Americans to join it. There’s a reason third world countries don’t change.
