The DNC submitted this certification to the state of Hawaii.
But this certification was submitted to the other 49 states without declaring Obama qualified for presidential office.

But this certification was submitted to the other 49 states without declaring Obama qualified for presidential office.
Hawaii is the only state that can say the DNC presented a candidate that the DNC pre-certified “legally....”. The other states actually certified him BY their acceptance. The DNC document given to the other states did not say he was qualified for the office.
We all know Hawaii’s role in this farce, of course. That’s why I find it ironic that Hawaii is off the hook accepting him as a certified candidate for the ballot. Is that not a correct assessment?

Pelosi: Could someone please explain to me how in the world could Pelosi sign such a legal document in which she verifies that Obama is "legally qualified" without first personally seeing and touching Obama's long form birth certificate?
However, if Pelosi HAS seen Obama's long form Hawaii birth certificate, then it means that (1) Obama has forfeited his right to hide behind legal privacy laws and that (2)the long form birth certificate should be released to the rest of us and the media so that we too can examine it like Pelosi has.
But if Pelosi is lying by putting her signature on the Hawaii document, then her illegal action should be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
