Yes, she is Jewish. A secular Jew. A group that represents less than 2 percent of our population may now hold 33 percent of the seats on the Court. So much for the president’s hollow boasting about a Court that reflects America. Evangelical Christians, some 27 percent of the population, have zero seats. Important because as a whole, secular Jews traditionally hold cultural values—abortion, same sex marriage—at odds with majority opinion in the country as a whole. Also, in international affairs, they disproportionately have an unfortunate tendency to identify with America’s enemies.
Reports have it that she dated Eliot Spitzer while the two attended Harvard. We know that Mr.Spitzer eventually turned to hookers for their services......hmmm wonder why?
In a rational world her being ‘gay’ would be far down the list of reasons to reject her nomination outright.

I would agree that the reason for rejection are myriad. However, she’s already confirmed...because (as of 11/4/08) we have 1-party rule.
For an openly gay man or not, Sullivan shows an obsessive interest in what has been occurring in the nether regions of two prominent women (Palin and Kagan). Um, Andrew? Let’s judge them by what they do, not what their reproductive proclivities are. (Isn’t that really the central tenet of gay rights, anyway?)

I keep telling myself that there is justice, and then there is “social justice”. There are rights, and then there are “positive rights”. Then there are the nightmares about gay pride parades down the main street in Fort Bragg on the fourth of July.

I think it’s a simple matter of people being concerned that a ‘woman’ who can’t even distinguish between male from female has no business sitting for a lifetime term on the USSC. You don’t need any degrees to figure that one out.
When our side uses their term GAY it buys into the false claim promoted by the left that the queers are carefree and without malice.
I think this is probably the first and last time I will be in agreement with someone who appears to suffer from AIDS dementia.
Do we really? I guess she must have a Jewish mother. But is it that she doe that is Jewish? Does she belong to a synagogue? Does she ever attend a synagogue? Does she ever quote Torah? What? I don't know. I'm asking.
