President Obama needs a Supreme Court that will endorse his far-left vision for America and Elena Kagan will help him realize it.

President Obama’s nomination of Solicitor General Elena Kagan tells us a great deal about the Supreme Court that the president wants to create as his lasting legacy to shape the future of this country. It’s a far-left vision for America.

Elena Kagan is an interesting pick for the Supreme Court. She graduated from Princeton and then Harvard, where she was an editor of Harvard Law Review. She clerked for a judge on the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, then Thurgood Marshall on the Supreme Court. She worked for a top national law firm, served in the White House, then went into academia as a legal scholar and became dean of Harvard Law School. In 2009, she became U.S. solicitor general (the government’s top Supreme Court lawyer).

I’m not buying this ploy.......
People saying he (Odumbo) will be in trouble with his liberal backers....they are softening her stance on things that are considered moderate....just so people like Snowe and Kyl will back her...this selection has been hashed over for months.
Offering “free” lunches to professors to meet just to get along has nothing to do with following the Constitution. People who want a consensus on what the Constitution means is not happy with what it actually say’s......

She is the perfect candidate because like Obama she has no real qualifications for her job description except that the MSM believe that she is highly intelligent and liberal so that is enough.

Apparently it is impossible these days to find someone like former ABA President Lewis Powell or someone who has actually practiced commercial law for 20 years to sit on the Court.

Don’t you know? She will have to be appointed to the court before we find out what the details are, kinda like the heathcare fiasco. We can guess though that she is a Communist if Comrade Obozo wants her.
