Faisal Shahzad Was Blogging on Terror Websites Since 2006

Earlier this week it was reported that the Obama White House removed confessed terrorist Faisal Shahzad from the Department of Homeland Security travel lookout list sometime after Barack Obama came into office.

Terrorist Faisal Shahzad had substantial connections to the Taliban, reached out to the Taliban, was influenced by Yemeni terror leader Anwar al Awlaki, made at least a dozen return trips to Pakistan since arriving in the United States in 1999, and he bought a one way ticket with cash to Pakistan.

Now we find out that he was “blogging” and asking for jihad as far back as 2006 but that the Obama Administration took him off the terror watch list anyway.

Terror expert Walid Phares weighed in on the confessed Times Square bomber today in an interview on FOX News:

“...and he bought a one way ticket with cash to Pakistan.”

If we can send ONE terrorist back to Paki, why can’t we send them all? ;)

Not just that...didn’t I also just read that the Obama White House ALSO allowed him to become a US citizen while ON said WATCH LIST?

Is there any way Republicans in Congress can investigate the removal from watch list?
Or does Dem control make that impossible?

Hmmmmm. So it wasn’t losing the “american dream” that caused him to go fruit loops. Things were going good back in 2006. The destruction of the American economy by the Chicago thugs hadn’t become obvious yet.

All those media folks who lament him having his house forclosed on, must not know he went to Pakinstan over a dozen times. Seems to me that much money should have taken care of paying for his house.

I can't prove it, but I'm convinced zero is facilitating the take-down of America.

It's obvious he is willfully assisting in the socialist destruction of our Constitution ... but I mean, I believe he is facilitating people and acts like this.

I have words that better describe my thoughts, but I'd best keep them to myself.

zero must go and all imbeds that came with him must be routed out as well.

I wish we could pinpoint an actual date for this. By whose authority was he removed? This would be very useful information.

His Daddy is a retired Pakistani Vice Air Marshall with “family contacts” with top taliban leaders

Do you think Faisal’s military general Daddy might have been a “good friend” to the US and called in a favor for his son? Or that someone in the US govt thought Faisal’s military daddy might be worth favoring?

I think that the congressional intelligence committees need to investigate not only why this terrorist was taken off the terror list, but HOW MANY OTHERS WERE TAKEN OFF THE LIST? AND WHO ARE THEY? AND SHOULD THEY BE PUT BACK ON THE TERRORIST LIST before we have more attacks on our country?

It's all the imbeds.

The DMV USED to be the blunt end of all that harassing and inept and unnecesary delays and incompetence, but it seems to me (anyway), ANYthing that has ever worked efficiently has been targetted and adjusted to piss people off, or is slated for future re-adjustment.

I often remark loudly enough for others to hear as well, when I comment on the card-swipe machine that asks, "Is $42.23 correct?" ...

"How would I Know? I think this is an excersize in getting people to say "yes" just because they're asked (told to ... ) I have no idea what happens if you punch "no" ... has anyone done it?"

Smiles and shrugs are exchanged and I part with, "We have a black man in the White House because America was asked, "Is a black man in the White House OK?"

And America punched "yes", so they wouldn't have to re-scan everything and hold up the checkout line"

No, I will NOT put on my tinfoil.

We’ll start profiling them after it’s too late. Perhaps it already is.

It has not happened in the history of this nation that its very survival is in jeopardy because of one very well defined national subgroup. Yet, we continue letting them in and ignore the danger they pose. Is this all done intentionally? Is there no congresscritter with enough spine to bring this subject matter up for discussion?

It must be assumed that they don’t much care for the future of their children.

I haven't seen them yet.

From links at the article:

FOX News reported: FoxNews.com has uncovered several dozens of postings by a man named Faisal Shahzad on radical Islamist Salafist websites devoted to a variety of different jihadist sects.

Experts suspect this is the same Faisal Shahzad whom authorities have charged with plotting to explode a massive car bomb in New York on Saturday. If so, then he has been educating himself on the Internet for years on the legitimacy of holy war.

Shahzad visited numerous websites devoted to ideological discussion of Islamism and Shariah law. His apparent online posts date back to at least 2006 — three years before the Times Square suspect became a naturalized American citizen.

“If the person on these websites is indeed the suspected bomber, the postings show that he was intellectually thinking about engaging in jihadism for a few years,” said Dr. Walid Phares, director of the Future Terrorism Project at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies. “Knowing that, the ideology of jihadism often has inspired violence and terrorism…

“These can be coined as Islamist Salafist websites where lots of material is posted, including theological, ideological and political texts and blogs,” Phares said, noting that he saw discussions about fatwas, jihad and other Islamist causes on these sites.”

This from JawaReport:

Times Square Bomber was Known Internet Jihadi

We found traces of people named "Faisal Shahzad" all over the internet, and even some using variants of the Times Square bomber's email address. Some of them on forums which seemed to be sympathetic to Salafi jihadism, and others? Not so much. In fact, one "fshahzad" seemed to be arguing explicitly against the Deobandi - Hanafi Sunni branch of Islam favored by the Taliban. Unfortunately both Faisal and Shahzad are very common names.

But I didn't find the posts at The World Islamic Mission Fourm discussed by Jim Hoft and cited by Fox News here. I'd be very interested in seeing what he posted, but as I'm on the road I'm unable to do the research myself and would appreciate it much if someone could send a link.

And what more can I say than Jim already said? Other than that expressing jihad sympathies on the internet ought to be considered prima facie evidence of intent to break the law. Someone like that not only should not have been allowed to become a citizen, but also should have been under close watch.

Further, if he was expressing jihad sympathies back in 2006, then Shahzad lied on several INS forms. Whether or not Sen. Lieberman's idea of stripping citizenship from jihadis ever comes to fruition or not, lying on INS forms is a felony and is grounds to have his citizenship revoked.

The intention of the homeland security apparatus under the Regime and its enablers is to identify mythic white American terrorists that simply do not exist while PROTECTING Arab/Muslim terrorists that DO exist.

While Shahzad was waltzing unscathed through the airport, whites at every counter were being pulled out of line, wanded, their purses rifled, thier property seized, even their mouths examined. It is billions and billions of your money being spent on a charade in which you are harassed and the terrorists get through.

Welcome to the Gulag.
