New York Times reporter James Risen is facing prison if he doesn’t reveal sources that gave him highly classified information on U.S. intelligence in Iran.

Fine. Let him protect his source. Simply charge him under the Espionage act.

Espionage is NOT protected speech.

He'll cut a deal soon enough.

You can also charge any media organisation that published the information. When their own @$$e$ are on the line, you can bet that they’ll cave.
