Wholeheartedly agreed. Let him keep the damned plate. OK, it's Boston. OK, I have no idea who the guy is. But everyone is so damned eager to take the scissors to our history, culture, the law, and each other, all this guy just wants to do is to keep a piece of his father's memory alive, and he's getting crapped on. I can understand where this guy is coming from, and I wouldn't care if he was Barney Fwank's personal kneeecapper. On this one issue, I got his back. That plate has a personal and public history, and should be treated as a local treasure.
"But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: for men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away, for his name is Obama."
