Frankly, I've made the same error as Palin, and I had the kind of education that made me memorize whole sections of the two documents to recite aloud. I couldn't do that unless I sat down and practiced it. I hear a very similar voice in the two documents.
Didn't someone recently in the news put "of the people, by the people, for the people" in the Constitution? (Gettysburg Address)

An irritable error I often make is to conflate Carly Fiorina and Meg Whitman...

“”Just about everything pisses me off some days.””
I think that fits just about all of us and with good reason. Thanks for the chuckle.

I’m tired of the RINO is more electable argument. I don’t buy it.

The good news is that Palin is more or less inoculated against media attacks.Good point. They'll still try, but if they insult the American people enough it might even blow back on them.

Don’t tell me she endorsed Whitman too.

Agree 100%. I think his writings on the original meaning of the Commerce Clause in Lopez and Raich are nothing short of brilliant.

regardless, I think Sarah Palin should be placed in a very prominent position in the next Conservative administration.

You were saying ...
Carly is likely the most electable and senators are elected to 6 year terms.
Ummmm..., I wouldn't worry too much about pissant... he's like "Diogenes the Cynic" -- carrying around a lantern in broad daylight, diligently looking for the "most conservative candidate" around -- the one he can confirm is guaranteed to be totally unelectable ... LOL ...

You got your RINO last time out, airhead. How’d that workout? Only a worthless RINO loses to a marxist quisling.

You were saying ...
Historically, early frontrunners for a party nomination usually do not end up being nominated. Gov Reagan was not the frontrunner in the year he won the nomination.
Well, in case you haven't noticed Sarah Palin is not the front-runner with the GOP Party machinery ... LOL ...
She's only the front-runner with the rank and file conservative in American -- and here we're talking about two different things ... :-)

She shot herself in the foot by endorsing McCain and there’s no way of telling how badly she hurt herself.
But the picture of her crawling on her belly to lick the hand that beat her, it isn’t a pretty one.
To: Star Traveler
My “losing candidtate” would have mopped the floor with the boy marxist. Instead we had a moronic POS RINO who couldn’t out debate a wet paper sack with a VP cheerleading his every inane RINO policy. How’d that work out?
So, dingbat, in your rush to embrace the RINOs last time because they were famous, you and your ilk gave us a man 100% guaranteed to get his ass handed to him; by a little punk, effeminate marxist no less.

"One of the most poignant ironies of our judicial system is that Justice Thomas, who has been widely and cruelly ridiculed as being of substandard legal intellect, is actually one of the most brilliant of our Supreme Court justices, and he is absolutely the truest and soundest constitutionally." Read his dissent in Kelo. It's masterful.
To: Borges
Unfortunately, she said “ Unalienable rights”.
Yeah, I know it is her folksy way of speaking.
No, it is just incorrect.
