I see nothing about future negotiations on public employee retirement plans.

There is, however, a justification for dipping into the emergency reserve: to fund retirement obligations.

I notice there is "$2.1 million in ongoing operational savings in the future, "!! Less that 1% of a $213.2 million general fund budget!!!

There is no long term planning.

Looking forward to seeing your budget when you're elected Mayor of Boulder City. Ironic that the place you decided to retire to was built by the Federal Government/Bureau Of Reclamation on borrowed/printed money...

Nice green spot in the backyard (a rare sight in Nevada) but what about the front yard? It's called "Boulder City" for a reason.
