Kentucky Right to Life, the state’s largest anti-abortion organization, has endorsed Grayson in the primary

I think you have to look carefully at some of these RTL groups, which may be politicized. I know which ones I trust, but I don't know this one. Same with the Tea Party, which was kidnapped in one state.

As for “senior members of the GOP," I would trust them about as far as I could kick them.

The higher up in the party, the less trustworthy, these days. Because they have cushier jobs, more to lose in a real conservative reform, more practice at lying, and probably got where they are by prostituting themselves.

These Vichy Republicans need a collaborators haircut. Followed by a liberal application of tar and feathers.

I know nothing about Rand’s stand on abortion.

But I do know his father’s stance. While I do not support Ron Paul on many issues, I do know that his pro-life record is among the best of any politican in the nation.

FWIW.

Rand Paul has already betrayed us with his “blame America” rhetoric that apologizes to terrorists. To promote the Paul agenda would be a National Security disaster. Dobson is making a huge mistake.

Dobson should be ashamed of himself. Rand Paul is pro-choice for states on abortion.

For the people here supporting Trey Grayson over Rand Paul.

The only support that Trey Grayson has is the pro abortion crowd.

"In a Republican Primary for US Senate today, 04/12/10, 5 weeks from the vote, Rand Paul defeats Trey Grayson 45% to 30%, according to this exclusive Louisville Courier-Journal Bluegrass / WHAS-TV Poll conducted by SurveyUSA. Compared to a SurveyUSA poll released 5 weeks ago, both candidates have gained 3 points. Paul, an eye surgeon, political activist, and son of Texas Republican Congressman Ron Paul, leads by double digits among men and women, among conservatives, pro-life voters, gun owners, those without college educations, those with lower household incomes, and in western and north-central Kentucky. Grayson, Kentucky's Secretary of State, is competitive among middle-aged voters, moderate and liberal voters, those who do not own guns, college graduates, those with higher incomes, and in Eastern Kentucky."

"Grayson leads today only among the 1 in 5 Republican primary voters who say they are pro-choice."

Trey Grayson is not a so-called fiscal conservative either.

See how he attacks Rand Paul on the worst ponzi scheme entitlements in the country's history: Trey Grayson Out of Touch With Being a True Conservative

With all due respect, Doctor Dobson. Take responsibility for your actions. Everyone but you knew about Rand Paul. Shame for blaming someone else.

Trey Grayson thought he could get some positive press with Harold Rogers endorsing him. The Rogers endorsement will be buried under the news of James Dobson withdrawing his suppoort of Grayson. Dr. Dobson is now supporting Rand Paul. Dobson says Mitch McConnell lied to him about Rand Paul’s record on abortion. This news gives grass roots conservatives even more reasons not to trust the GOP establishment.

This is highly disturbing.

Without commenting on the specifics of this election in any way, it is not the job of the Republican Party to tell Dr. Dobson who to endorse. I am not a huge fan of the Republican Party most of the time, but Dobson blaming the GOP is flatly unacceptable.

If Dr. Dobson is incapable of doing his own research or making his own decisions, or lacks discernment, we should let the record reflect that fact and take his opinion for what it is worth, i.e., nothing.

I am solely responsible for my opinions. You are solely responsible for yours. If Dr. Dobson blames someone else for his decisions, he needs to bow out of the public spotlight immediately.

Who misled him on George A. Rekers, and Ted Haggard?

Dr. Dobson seems to have a real knack for being misled about key people.

Frankly if the establishment GOP is for Greyson, I’d be for Paul as well.
