That’s exactly what she reminds me of.
Every so often I see her in something nice, but she does not pick flattering outfits for her body, which is the problem people who shop thrift stores tend to have.
They may find a Claiborne dress or some such, but because they took what they could find it’s just not right for THEM. The “boob belt” is classic. She has an awkward torso, she should never wear that belt.
