With what police said was a blood alcohol content of nearly four times the legal limit to drive, authorities say that Stephen Paladino (photo left) was in no condition to drive or deliver groceries (to his ex-wife).

Hey, it’s Taxifornia — anything goes. Criminal rights. He will continue until he kills someone, and then he will be out in a year or so, driving again.

Steveo, this guy looks like he can handle it!

0.08 is DUI, and that's one fast can 'o' beer. All he did was chug a six-pack. What are we? Men? Mice? I assure you a guy just passed you on the right, doing 80 mph, who would blow higher than this doofus, and probably has twice as many DUI's.

It's a national disgrace, OK. But then so is a President whose father was a foreigner, and who was born a dual citizen. Maybe the old duude and Obama can have a beer summit.
