Nah. City council in Phoenix said no way to limp wrist Phil Gordon.

Flagstaff isn't that leftist, even with the university.

Tuscon might do it, but the election backlash will be huge.

This is wishful thinking.

“Economically devastating” ? to who . .taxpayers?

So it’s ok Mr Mayor to force the rest of us to pay for the medical, education, deliveries, etc of people here illegally . . .but you’re hung on on the boycott threats?

It sounds as though Arizonans have several politicians to vote out of office.

Well, let’s all just decide that if we don’t like a law, we should ALL just ignore it.

I mean, why not? We aren’t a nation of laws anymore. The left does it. Why don’t we? Because then what, you fear what will happen to you. BUT this is the time to just push their own ignorance into to their stupid faces.

It is time we faced this truth while we can still do something about it.

The state needs to withhold any funding to cities that choose to not enforce the law.

It’s a shining example to all of us just how ingrained this insanity is. To have the guts to even threaten this type of action shows just how emboldened this maggots have become.

I do not understand this.
It is federal requirement to carry ID if you are an alien
the police all over the country can always ask you at anytime for ID
It is a federal law one is breaking if you sneak into or country

PLUS ICE has program 287 that partnered ICE with local police programs to do just that. Ask for ID and then notify ICE if someone was illegal

Unfortunately for us in Oklahoma, a couple of years ago we had one of the strongest illegal immigration laws on the books for a state, but the Feds (i.e., the courts) came in the overturned some significant and central parts of the law, making the law almost gutted. So, we’ve got the law, still, but it doesn’t have any teeth anymore...

That happened just recently...

Lawlessness is not much of a threat within the context of an illegal alien debate now is it?

On the other hand, this kind of corruption is the type of thing that turns civilized nations into 3rd world holes like “Mehico”?

I don’t think they understand that millions of us have absolutely HAD IT! I am 100% ready to go total MAD MAX to restore MY culture.

West Tucson would LOVE to fight it. The rest of Tucson agrees with the law. The city politicians from the west side will support a fight, the others will not. Not if they want to stay in office.

Like a lot of folks who support Tea Parties, I’m surprised at the howling...this is a very simple law, and does nothing federal law doesn’t already say should be done - not really. It seems so obvious to me that it didn’t occur to me that anyone apart from the usual suspects would complain.
