It would take reversal of judicial precedent to prevent birthright citizenship for the children of illegals. Remember that we come from a common law tradition, where judicial review/precedent carries alot of weight.
Before this is all over, a whole lot of abuses that we've come to take for granted are going to be reversed. Times have changed, and the momentum is on the side of the traditional, pro-American right.
We're in the beginning stages of a new revolution that is carrying this country back to its Founding Principles. The ride there may wind up being bumpy, but we're going to get there.
