OH MY GOD...For the last time, THEY CAN'T STOP PEOPLE AND ASK THEM ANYTHING. But if someone is stopped for something, let's say DUI, THEN they have to ask. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THAT. The fact that people here don't understand this SIMPLE SIMPLE law, really scares me.

I heard Brit Hume on this on FOX. The law only allows the Cops to check citizenship in the event the individual has some kind of “contact” presumably regarding an offense - with the law.
That makes it a good law all around.
