Thanks I’ll be going to NYC this weekend.
JMO but the AZ AG should have sued the Fed to force them to enfoce the Federal law. One unintended consequence of this could in fact be better security at the border where this question should be addressed.

While probably the logical way to do it (under an honest and responsible government) expecting the US Holder Justice Department to respond to a simple state complaint is wholly pointless in my opinion. The USJD is the personal legal arm of the tyrant-in-chief now. Case in point is the USJD’s dropping of the voter intimidation/suppression of rights execution of a duly adjudicated lower court decision that the “Panthers were guilty” in the Philadelphia Voter Intimidation Case. We are ruled by a Federal Government of common thugs now.

“The cop was stupid. The guy I told you about wouldn’t have stopped anyone like that - it’s a stereotype of what a drug smuggler would look like. They go out of their way to look normal”

Yeah the cop was stupid, but that didn’t keep me from being all but strip searched on the side of the road, and my van being searched twice, once with dogs. All in all it took 3 cruisers and 6 cops, one a K9 unit a little bit under 90 minutes to let me go after writing me a warning ticket for the saftey chain on my trailer being too long(it wasn;t dragging or anything, it was just longer than the other chain)My wife is a lawyer, and it helps that I have some understanding of the law. It would surprise you how many cops don’t know what’s legal and what’s not.
Again my problem with this law is that cops just like the ones I met in SLC will be responsible for enforcing it.
