President Obama urged Congress on Friday to overhaul the nation's immigration laws, saying that inaction would lead to "misguided efforts" and "irresponsibility by others."
The president also said an immigration bill currently on the Arizona governor's desk was "misguided," and said he has ordered his staff to "closely monitor the situation" to make sure the measure will not violate people's civil liberties. The bill, already passed by the state House and Senate, would require authorities in Arizona to question people about their immigration status if there is reason to suspect they are in the country illegally.

Could this be a “message” sent to Arizona, that what he really doesn’t like is the “birth certificate” legislation there?
Everything in America, past and present, is “misguided” that is not part of Obama’s pseudo-enlightened vision of what the United States should be...which is anything BUT what it was founded to be and what made it the greatest nation in world history.
If Obama opposes the Bill, it’s good for AZ and America.
Anything he supports entails weakening of the nation.
The Kenyan needs to be cut off at the knees by a GOP landslide in November.
The ACLU is gonna have to petition Obama for stimulus funds to handle all the profiling lawsuits they will need file.

Misguided is the Folly of Immigration Reform. Ignoring the fact that 4 out of 5 Americans are AGAINST it, the Federal Government abdicated it’s responsibilty of securing the border first before implementing any guest worker program or path to citizenship legislation. Kay Bailout Hutchison de funded the the fence here in Texas. Janet Incompetano de funded the US virtual fence last month. Now the deceiving liars in DC want to pass their Amnesty during the worst recession since the Great Depression.
All the illegals will flee to nearby states.

Yet I have seen no response from Obama about the Krentz murder in Southern Arizona, the cartel war near Ft Hancock, TX or the many kidnappings and home invasions done by illegals. Hmmmm~ isn’t he supposed to represent the citizens of this country first?
