Are you referring to the Judge's warning to Blago about the "legal headbutts"? I must say that it's a bit unnerving that a judge is warning the defense about introducing evidence collected by the prosecution.
Blago has probably been promised a pardon and minimal (if any) jail time in exchange for his silence.
