The left clearly wants to do the same thing with Israel that they’ve done with South Africa and Rhodesia.

Israel shares America's values, such as liberty, an independent judiciary, a free press, freedom of religion, free speech and women's equality. The Arab and Muslim worlds have none of these. Those facts -- and America's Judeo-Christian roots -- make support of Israel, no matter what the Arab and Muslim "street" feels about America, a moral lynchpin of American foreign policy.

Obama: We share unbreakable bond

"On the 62nd Anniversary of the establishment of the State of Israel, I join the American people in congratulating the government and people of Israel on this celebration of their independence," Obama said.

Congratulations? Obama's heart is with these folks:

Nakba Day (Arabic: يوم النكبة yawm in-nakbah), meaning "day of the catastrophe",[1] is an annual day of commemoration for the Palestinian people of the anniversary of the creation of Israel.[2] It is held every May 15, the day after the anniversary of Israel's Independence according to the Gregorian calendar and the day marks the expulsions and flight of Palestinians from their towns and villages in the face of Jewish and later Israeli troop advances and their displacement from Palestine, and the loss of their property.[3][4]

Proverbs 29:18 Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.

Obama mocks America, mocks freedom, and mocks space exploration (what a symbol of freedom and vision that is!).

Pray for the safe return of our astronauts!!!!!!

It's a conviction upon Evangelicals in the United States who do not take their responsibilities as American citizens and voters seriously. To those who do, we thank you. For those who don't, I believe God will hold you to account.

Elections do, indeed, have consequences. When the Israeli PM turned down the thousands of roses sent by a group of Christians, apologetic and mortified by this president's rebuffing (his dangerously insane idea that success with Iran depends first on solving the intractable question of Jerusalem) that should indicate to some people how the PM feels. He thinks people should take responsibility for the outcome of elections, even when the other side wins.

If you won't involve yourself in politics, politics will certainly involve itself with you.

"Most observers..."

Ihat's a curious way to start this column. Surely that wouldn't include people who arent REALLY observing:

Photobucket

I don't know how the network news shows have been presenting this issue lately, but I doubt they are playing up the "bad relations" angle. So, it's clear to me that "most observers" actually represents a small group.

That he’s as gutless as he is secular?

“I don’t know how the network news shows have been presenting this issue lately, but I doubt they are playing up the “bad relations” angle.”

If that’s true, it’s only because they don’t want to expose Obama for what he is. They’re afraid that the libbies will lose their majority in November.

“So, it’s clear to me that “most observers” actually represents a small group.”

Just because it’s not on the major news shows? People do get their news from other sources.

The MSM’s motives are apparent and transparent.

People ge their news from other sources, too? Newspapers? Lib-owned Yahoo news? Who woulda thunk it.

Fox, on-line, talk radio, conservative news sources, etc. Why do you think the lib newspapers are failing?

The AP feeds all the articles to newspapers, which are read by libs. We know what the articles say- haven’t you seen all the BARF alerts here?

Yes, talk radio is growing, but dont delude youself into thinking that MOST Americans get their news from conservative outlets.

Yes. I used to work for a newspaper, so I know how the information is passed out by AP -- but it can still be shocking to see some of it in action. Not too long ago I was listening to NPR and the news reporter said something in an odd way that caught my attention (I forget exactly what). When I got home that night, my wife was watching network news and the news anchor said the same exact thing, again catching my attention since the phrasing was odd. Later on, I was surfing the web and stumbled on the AP story that contained that odd phrasing.

We all do the best we can, but sometimes our search for "a variety of news sources" simply results in turning over the same rock time and time again.

Leftist media is a hydra.

Sure.

“Yes, talk radio is growing, but dont delude youself into thinking that MOST Americans get their news from conservative outlets.”

I don’t. But neither do I believe that the AP line is swallowed hook-line-and-sinker by everyone. The tide is turning....slowly, but in the right direction.

Events and headlines have been having that 'jigsaw puzzle finally coming together' feeling more and more since Obama.

Psalm 83 Conflict on The Horizon? Humanity ought to now heed the war prophecies of the Bible and prepare for war rather than peace in the Middle East! These prophecies are scheduled to occur soon and sequentially each building upon the other. According to scripture the aftermath of these wars will lead to a one world order, construction of a third Jewish Temple, and the arrival of Antichrist.
