Hmmm, so scholarships were available to non-U.S. cit's and that a Univ. can and will confirm international status. I wonder if there is anyway to get a listing of the scholarship recipients who attended Occidental from 1979-1981. Can we find out if Occidental will confirm or deny Obama's (Sotero, Dunham) nationality status while attending OU?
