I'm on the horns of a dilemma. There is a UKIP "paper" candidate standing in my constituency, and my natural inclination is to vote for him. But, the constituency is a key marginal one, very winnable by the Conservatives, and if they don't win seats like it, we will potentially be in for another five years of Gordon and his cohorts.

What should I do?

I would rather Cameron get defeated in the hope we can get real conservatives running the party again.

My fear is, with him in charge and a seen as a blueprint for victory in future elections we will never see the sort of conservatives we need to save our country.

We are heading for a disaster.

In my place, I would check out how authentically conservative both the UKIP and Conservative candidates were.

I don't trust that squish Cameron, but the Conservative posters ("Big Government = Big Problem") wouldn't be out of place at a Tea Party rally - someone on the Conservative side has apparently determined that the election will be fought on Big vs Small Government.

Which is amazing! So at least the Tory rhetoric is in the right place. If your two candidates are otherwise indistinguishable, it may be worth rewarding the Tories for their posters.
