THERE IS NO DOUBT, McCAIN IS NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE PRESIDENT, BECAUSE HE IS NOT A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN. And of course neither is Obama. People born in a foreign country cannot be president no matter the status of their parents, military base or not, embassy or not, US ship or not. Not all US territories & possessions even qualify as US soil.

Nuts to McCain but if he was born on a US installation or in some circumstances, born to US parrents serving the US in a foreign location, he was born on US soil and is a "natural born" American.
