Also — Reagan proved it that cutting taxes actually increases tax revenue, because it stimulates the economy, and people pay a lower percentage of MORE income generated.
I remember candidate Obama was asked in a TV interview, whether he still wants to raise taxes, even though that hurts the economy and he replied that yes, he does, to make it “fairer” to everyone - i.e. redistribute income. I don’t have the clip — but the Republicans should have run that as an ad 24/7.
Stop spending. Cut entitlement programs to nothing. Lay off 50 percent of Government workers and contract out the other 50 percent of the jobs.
