The U.S. should not infringe on Israel’s sovereignty. Howsomever, when ever we give money, etc to another country it should be understood that it is either strings free or not. If not, then requests for certain actions will be made. If those requests are ignored then monies, etc should be pulled.
I believe that we should be assisting Israel with very, very few strings.

I'm of the opinion that there are better forms of "assistance" (joint military R&D, joint training exercises, etc.), than dependency-creating Foreign Aid.

Fact is, Welfare Dependency is never a good thing, either amongst Men or Nations.
