If the system worked, a terrorist would be in military court and not given the rights of a US citizen.

In a real way the Administration has surrendered control of a political decision involving national security to the courts. The courts can not conduct a war or foreign policy.

It is insane to entrust our national security to a judicial process. The military courts are and have historically proven to be able to handle these threats.

Of course, terrorists should not be tried in civilian courts, because Islamic terrorism is an act of jihad or war.

And this is what President Soros and his handlers want to change — to break down the strength of our military system and turn it over to CORRUPTABLE AND CORRUPT judges that they can and do manipulate and select ——

You never see judges on a public ballot -— a big part of the radical left strategy is to remove as many decisions from the voters as possible. Another reason for Obama’s army of czars that have NO ACCOUNTABILITY to the Congress and theoretically, represent the will of the people. (Yes, I know...)
