I think the “let’s treble our energy prices and create some new jobs” team trained the “let’s provide health care to 30 million people to save $1 Trillion” team. They both make equal sense.
Is picking out of a garbage can a “green job”? It is “recycling”...if so, I predict a bright future for California, at least for as long as there is anyone left to throw out usable garbage.
