He says atheists once felt isolated and misunderstood. Two events changed that, he says: the rise of the Internet and the election of George W. Bush.
Bush's fault!

Atheists and Homosexuals appear to suffer from the same disease, They have this unquenchable desire to out themselves , to get in the public eye, for some reason they cannot just go about their business and keep their mouths shut. They want to wear a sign telling us that they are different.

Atheists aren’t immoral, and they don’t worship Satan.
Speaking as an atheist who has nothing against some kind of woreship or the curch, it´s impossible to worship satan without believeing in god. This is one of my favourite.
Ask someone do you believen in satan? if he/she says yes ask him if he/she believes in god. And the moment people say no because i´m a satanic i can´t stop laughing.
It´s really difficult to belive in the angel of light (lucifer) without believeing in god.

I have always found it amusing how atheists try to emphasize that there is no God. Why should they even care?
The sign on the bus states: ‘There is PROBABLY no God’. So they’re not even certain that God does not exist.

I personally know a few atheists (even a few on FR), and not one of them feels the need to whine and join activist-victim movements like the nutballs in this story.

Probably no God? LOL. What’s wrong with these people? If they are so confident of their faith they should just out and say there IS no God.

“Probably no God” is better than “There is no God”, so these atheists sound like agnostics.

Silverman will join about 300 atheists in a Newark, New Jersey, hotel ballroom......in the 36th annual American Atheists National Convention at the Newark Liberty Renaissance Hotel.36 years/300 people = 8.33 people per year joining the movement. That's quite an organization he's got going there - I draw more people to my block party every year.
