Henry Waxman, whom Michelle Malkin has dubbed "the Witch Hunter of Capitol Hill" understands where his loyalty lies. If he were faithful to the principals of our founders then his loyalties would be to his constituents, his state and the republic, but of course there is ample evidence to the contrary. Appearances aside, Waxman is not a mere stooge to the future former president and his gross clique of radicals and sycophants. Where then do Waxman's loyalties lie?
This past week Mr. Waxman declared war on the CEOs of Caterpillar, John Deere, AT&T, Verizon and all others who dare to comply with GAAP . As Megan McArdle at Business Insider said.

The current attack on American business is nothing new for Waxman, he has been relentless in his assault on prosperity for most of his 18 terms in congress.

I’d give anything for one of those CEOs to perform their own version of Hank Reardon’s response to the Economic Planning Council.
The CEO’s need to announce that they are laying off ½ of their employees and canceling ½ of their outstanding orders for parts, office supplies, etc, on the following Monday, due to the tax increase and the hostile business environment created by this regime and this Congress. Then just stand up and walk out.

Oh come on! Sheila baby seems to be much more rational then Henry the buffoon Waxman.
Waxman is the classic bully and should be dealt with accordingly. As with all bullies, he chooses his victims carefully. picking only on those in a vulnerable position. Assertive, principled push-back will instantly reveal him as the petulant punk he is. Because he is such a vile, little troll, he could actually serve to further hasten the decline of the Democrats. Rave on fool!
