Just got back from Holy Thursday Mass awhile ago.
We started a tradition to have roast lamb on this evening after Mass anumber of years ago. I cook it over a grill in the afternoon, and then keep it warm in the oven until we come back from church. We also have salad, rolls, and wine. A wonderful commemoration of the Passover Meal.
OH that sounds good Jay (except the lamb).. LOL
You can have my lamb & I will have extra wine!
