He has a point. Just recently a couple of my friend found them selves in jail facing rape charges after a girl (willing at the time) regretted getting caught f***ing them both at the same time. Fortunately she eventually dropped the charges. I can imagine this scenario happens far too often.

There was some 17 year old with a 4.4 GPA who had sex with the permission of the girl.
During the event she said she said stop. He eventually did, but not the exact moment she said she said to stop. He was caught up in the moment and didn't hear her at first he said.
Somehow the kid went to jail for years, lost his college education and was hit with a Felony.

Sometimes the situation is not right.
