If that was him being deadpan, he needs to go on the comedy circuit because he has me completely fooled into believing he was the town idiot before becomming a congress scritter...

This treatment is intensive chemo drug treatment and can produce slurring and slowness of speech and psychotic/irrational thinking. But, if this is the case, maybe he should not be acting as a Congressman while under treatment nor be on the Armed Forces Committee (which he is) and making decisions, due to the obvious impairment of his mental capacity.”

How did he graduate from Law School? How did he pass the bar? How did he serve as a judge for 10 years? I know we talk about affirmative action, but I’ve never really thought it could take someone who was completely clueless and make them pass the Bar.
