Imagine a huge, growing Hispanic underclass in America with a grudge, a burning sense of having been victimized by the “gringos.” I witnessed this grudge up close a few years ago at Texas A&M International University in Laredo. Hispanic students challenged me, claiming any restriction of illegal immigration across the US southern border with Mexico is a violation of Latinos’ human rights. Me: “Would you try to reenter Spain without a passport? Students: “Of course not.” Me: “What about France, or Britain?” Students: “No.” Yet many of these illegal Latino immigrants suffer the illusion they are divinely entitled to colonize the US – and not just the states bordering Mexico, but Chicago and the East Coast as well. Some Hispanics talk openly of a reconquista, an effort to reclaim the American Southwest that once belonged to Mexico.

Then we also have the millions of anchor babies born 18 years ago who will be voting in November. As if this s not enough now we have McCain-Graham seeking to provide amnesty for the current 12 million illegals. Add to this cities and town that provide “refugee status” to illegals.
In CA the Hispanic Caucus has a hammerlock on the state legislature.

They've already begun doing that long ago. Have you not see photos of the trash they leave along the way into the USA upon their illegal entry? You might want to check out your search engine for photos of colonias along the border on the US side. The government is sending census workers in to count them, so they know full well they are there and that they are illegally there.
Really inconvenient or inhumane??
We keep hearing that actually controlling our border and enforcing workplace and deportation laws is ‘inhumane’.
Granted, a squatting illegal alien family who has been here a while, gotten a job or worked his way up in a local cartel ring, bought a house (that we financed), had a few anchor babies is going to be in shock when he figures out he might get deported. It’s not going to be easy.
But it is not ‘inhumane’.

The debate over the illegal alien invasion has already happened. The American people have stated loud and clear that they want all illegal aliens deported and not rewarded. Those who do not want illegal aliens deported, including some elected politicians, racist separatist hate groups (MALDEF, LULAC, MECHA, the National Council of the Race, etc), the media and elitists like Bill O’Reilly continually tell us that we can’t “ROUND UP” twenty million people.
The term “round up” is inflammatory and is used to make us seem barbaric or less than human and discourage us from doing what must be done to save America. The truth of the matter is, we don’t have to “round up” anybody. What we have to do is make existence in this country extremely hostile to those here illegally and guess what? They will leave! Make it where they can’t buy or sell, can’t rent, can’t drive, can’t work, can’t medicate, educate or incarcerate! Do these things and THEY WILL LEAVE!!!
Having said that, I offer, to MY country, a humble plan to rid us of this huge burden. This plan is based on common sense, THE LAW and a will to do it. It goes like this:
Congress shall declare a 90 day amnesty for ALL illegal aliens. During that period NO status adjustments will be made. Zero! For 90 days illegal aliens will have the opportunity to dispose of any accumulated assets, both real and personal. Bought a house? Sell it! Bought a car? Sell it! Got a dog, give it away! They will have three months to settle their affairs and sever all ties to this country.
At the end of the amnesty period, on day 91, ANY illegal alien still here will be considered a federal, felony fugitive and will be arrested and jailed. One year the first time. FIVE years the second time and TEN years the third time. We will build a tent prison in the California/Arizona desert and expand it as needed. Once jailed, all assets will be seized and sold at auction. All proceeds will be used to incarcerate said illegal aliens. These stipulations will apply to anyone who entered the country illegally OR any visa overstay of one day or more.
ANY ILLEGAL ALIEN CAUGHT IN THE UNITED STATES AFTER THE AMNESTY PERIOD HAS EXPIRED WILL BE BANNED FROM THE COUNTRY FOR LIFE!
On day 91, ANY employer who hires an illegal alien fugitive will be jailed. One year for the first offense, FIVE years for the second and TEN years for the third. These laws and penalties will also apply to any bank lending money to illegal aliens and anyone giving them aid and shelter, including churches.
American born children of illegal aliens will be placed in jeopardy by the actions of their parents. Since the American people had no hand in those actions, the responsibility for the care of those children will be that of their parents. If they self-deport, they have the option to take the kids with them or leave them here with an adult of their choice. If the parent is incarcerated as an illegal alien fugitive, they have the option of placing the children with an adult of their choice or making them wards of the federal government and placed in an institution until their release.
These measures are hard but they are fair and are needed to assure the survival of this once great country. They apply to anyone in the country illegally regardless of race, creed, color, height, weight, age, sex or national origin.

Sounds harsh, Terry. But it’s not. Let me tell you what ‘harsh’ is...and it was considered, by the majority of our legislators to be enforcible USA law. Though the Supreme court disagreed, for all the good it did when corruption is running the government.
My ancestors were given less than a month’s notice to vacate their homes, remove their belongings and ‘sever all ties to this country’ before the Georgia Militia or the US Army removed them by force from their uncountable generations occupied homes in 1839. And I mean ‘homes’, beautiful, European styled HOMES and groomed, productive plantations. But they didn’t get to ‘sell’ them. Instead they were’removed’ by foot and wagon, in the dead of winter, with what they could carry. First they were locked in the livestock stockades of Forts for weeks sometimes, in the rain, with no shelter. They traveled for over a thousand miles. About 4 thousand...A quarter of them died.
And now, these modern day ‘Ameri-Indian’, Muslim, whatever invaders want us to believe we are being ‘harsh’??? Sorry.

But this number isn’t high enough for Dem Cong Gutierrez and his 92 co-sponsors. Their Comprehensive Immigration Reform bill includes a provision called “recapture” that will add up all the supposedly “unused” work visas since 1992 and issue them immediately.
This is a complete fraud, as all unused work visas are rolled over to the family reunification category the next year as it is.
Gutierrez' Comprehensive Immigration Reform bill will create 100,000 visas from countries that send the most illegal immigrants every year. According to the State Department, this will mean 550,000 new foreign workers.
AND GET THIS Mexico is the staging area for Third World and other illegals preparing to violate our borders. The Comprehensive Immigration Reform bill rewards Mexico b/c they calculatedly promote illegal immigration.
Gutierrez' bill will make it much easier for more illegal aliens to break in. Under the Bill, to prove they have jobs and were in the country BEFORE Congress passed amnesty, illegals are allowed to use stolen ID's, fake green cards, and fraudulent SS numbers....... without fear of prosecution.
Mexico facilitates the profitable staging area for global illegals to cross the border. Contrary to Obama’s claim that CIR bill will increase border security, it does just the opposite.........
