I don't care what the bill is intended to do.
I care about what it does.
Democrats always think that their atrocities can be excused because they "mean well". Ahhhhhhh, after watching them at work for decade after decade, I say that their good intentions mean absolutely nothing.
And, final point, Barack Obama does not have good intentions.
This is why Samuel Johnson took the pains to remind us that, “The road to hell is paved with good intentions!”
