I believe you are correct. These are the first steps. The 'rats are going to take a pounding in the upcoming elections, worst defeats they've ever seen.
This will scare obama who already knows he cannot legally run again. If he tries to run again, too many States are going to ask for absolute irrefutable proof of his eligibility, which he either can't produce, or at the very least doesn't want to produce. (since he has been spending millions hiding it)
Once there is a GOP controlled Congress and a GOP President, obama and his cohorts in crime know they are very likely to be investigated for their illegal and un-Constitutional actions. I believe obama is at least considering, if not planning to try, to halt the 2012 election process very early on with bogus claims of right-wing violence making them too dangerous. It would of course become a self-fulfilling prophecy, as such an action would no-doubt cause the Constitution defending right to rise up.
This type of thing ruins reputations. It could have been there goal. To ruin the name and put a smear on the Militia. Michigan Militia has been around for decades. Never hear anything from them. That’s why I was very suspicious when I heard this was going on. Especially when we all know who Holder is and what he’s done in the past. At the very least he has seriously poor judgement and at the most.....fill in the blank.

If there is any organization conspiring against our form of government it is this administration.
The US Constitution is a CONTRACT between the people and the federal government. These leftists, our own government (!) is un-American. They are a blight, a cancer, an evil big government ideology that literally killed tens of millions in the 20th Century. Have we forgotten why we fought the Cold War, the destruction wrought by Mao, Stalin, and Hitler—statists all?
This nation was founded on individualism. Monarchies, dictatorships, and oligarchies are common to this world. America was built to be something different, and we have benefited greatly from it.
The leftists have NO right to vote our freedoms away, not like this. In this country, even a majority does not have the right to oppress a political minority. I see no constitutional amendments giving them the authority to redistribute wealth. Do you?
If the left truly believed in democracy, they’d try to amend the constitution to make health care a right. Ah, they won’t do that, because they’d lose. That makes them law breakers—no better than criminals, and criminals deserve no respect.
This November, we either defeat these evil statists, this failed ideology that has ruined so many countries before ours, or we will lose what many generations of Americans built. Leftists want to talk about doing things for the children? I say we must save this country FOR the children.
That is one way to keep him off the ballot — demand that representatives in each state introduce and work to enact legislation that would require all candidates for President to produce an official birth certificate.
