So I'm guessing he is either there for Health Care Administration so he can bring Muslim doctors into the country. Or School Administration/teaching so that he can indoctrinate children in Ramadan.
Maybe I'm being too cynical. He could just be studying Accounting so that he can track funds for Muslim charities raising money for terrorist groups.

I can just see him going back to whatever hell-hole he came from and posting on his office wall a diploma from "Polytheism* University"

Good point, the idea of the Trinity is just about the most “blasphemous” concept in all of Christianity, to a Muslim.
I think these students should be denied their diplomas and degrees, because their request makes it clear that they are ignorant fools, who learned nothing at the University.
