I don’t understand how this won’t destroy liquidity again in short order. If people aren’t making their payments, the lending institutions will come under severe distress quickly.

I think the government is planning to pay institutions something if they follow orders. If the something is better than nothing, they will take the something..

Knowing how the government reimburses health care facilities, I still see severe downward pressure on the financial institutions. Thanks for the mention. I agree with you.
