and medicare is cutting services not waste....this should be a fine mess....just notified my dieing mother is being removed from hospice because she didnt die fast enough...but they got their 30thousand dollar bonus for singing her up for 6 months...plus the monthly ...its a racket.
Obama needed a "victory".
And that the AP ignored it until now.Wow what a suprise.
When Part D was first signed into law, I figured I would lose my drug plan sooner or later.....looks like it’s come to pass.
Well..this way, they can be sure to get everyone on to medicaid so they can control how many meds you get...declining them...thus you die sooner.
Health bill may exempt top Hill staff
Meanwhile...
I thought hospice was free?
First Black President needed a victory and the AP were complacent....
The WSJ had an interesting op-ed today about the new privilege class. They had a side by side table showing the difference now between the private sector (salaries, benefits, pensions) and the government/union sector. In every instance the govt/union sector win out! On top of that, they never leave their jobs once there. Almost all have job security no matter their work record.
can’t be!
Obama said if we liked our current plan we could keep it !

... and the good news is ????
Is there any?
A way to stop this disaster would be for Doctors to call in a National Sick Day. They have more power then anyone right now. I think the Dems would get the message.
That is why they wrote exemptions for themselves.
They intended to destroy private heath insurance as a bridge to single payer or de facto single payor via a few giant goverment monopoly insurance plans.
Then what the Republicans in both houses should do is submit a bill requiring all congressmen and senators to join the health plan they have just passed.
They should call it the "Put up or shut up mandatory health bill"
Special exemption for union members, no doubt.
Some hospice services may be free. The ones I’m familiar with aren’t. They’re non-profit, but still charge a fee, though that’s often at least partially covered by Medicare and/or other insurance.
